George Dempster

Managing Director

Given his entrepreneurial drive and strategic vision, George founded E2 in 2000. His passion for understanding and identifying client requirements means that he is always pushing the team and himself to find the best solution for the client rather than applying a one size fits all approach.

Craig Ryall

Director

Craig graduated from Wits University where he obtained a Bachelor of Commerce Honours Degree in Accounting. He specialises in financial and strategic analysis of business processes. He was drawn to the software industry because of its dynamic nature and loves seeing the delivery of enhanced operational efficiencies through the application of technology. Craig is a critical thinker and combines this with his experience and knowledge to provide strategic advice and guidance, with a financial focus, to clients.

Abigail Chivero

Director

Abigail is a seasoned project management professional who strives to provide real impact and value for clients. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer and Management Information Systems and a Master of Science in Business Information Systems. Her key competencies include project and programme management, as well as driving complex implementations. She is a collaborative team player who takes full ownership and accountability for projects. She is committed to delivering quality work in time, at all times.

Bradley van der Merwe

Director

Bradley has sixteen years’ experience in the member management and CPD industry. He has a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing as well as a postgraduate diploma in business management, marketing and related support services. With a background that is strongly interdisciplinary, he has a wide range of experience and interests, which allow him to view projects from a holistic perspective. He believes that the fast-paced nature of technology innovations offers exciting new opportunities for addressing client’s needs.

Michele Langman

Business Development Manager

Michele has a BCom Law, LLB and LLM from the University of Pretoria. With a solid foundation in the legal industry, as well as her ever growing experience in the field of marketing and sales, Michele focuses on business development strategy and implementation, including internal and external marketing and driving a sales force within the team. Her areas of expertise include intellectual property, communications, marketing planning and legal advice.

Amina Abrahams

Customer Support Manager

Empathetic and collaborative in nature, Amina is able to put herself in the client’s shoes and see things from their perspective in order to find truly integrated and client-oriented solutions. With over ten years’ experience in delivering exceptional customer support, Amina is an asset to the company, always going the extra mile to ensure a great customer experience is had by all.

Anestasha Brown

Graphics and Web Designer

Also known as ‘Tash’, Anestasha works together with our project implementation team to deliver website layouts, brochures, banners and other graphic design content. She is a firm believer in continuous learning and personal development, a quality that strives her to always deliver the best for client’s according to their brief.

Vongani Nshalati

Graphics and Web Designer

Vongani’s ability to approach challenges from a creative and an analytical perspective means that she is always challenging herself to think differently and solve problems in innovative ways, adding value and a unique viewpoint to our client’s platform requirements. Vongani is a Comprehensive Programming graduate from the Computer Training Institute.

Yolanda Dengo

Project Administrator

Yolanda is currently undergoing a project management course. Her strength lies in understanding the client’s needs and interpreting and relaying those to the project and development team in order to deliver on the client’s requirements in full. Armed with a can-do attitude, she prides herself on identifying obstacles and assisting with a resolution to overcome any challenges.

Judith is fond of the idea that technological advancements have allowed us to move into a paper-less work system, meaning technology has assisted with advancing environmentally friendly initiatives.

Member Assist

Tumi has a certificate in Project Management and has experience in resolving customer complaints, as well as lending an ear to provide positive and individualised customer care. Her experience spans from administration to reception work and believes that the Software as a Service industry has a great culture and growth potential in a global market.

Felicity has a Diploma in Business Administration from LCCI. Her passion has always been assisting and helping others. She believes that both reassurance and personal attention are key to successful customer support and has developed her own tools and methods for engaging with customers to ensure a satisfactory outcome is delivered.
